In 2024, she successfully flipped a house in Northern California for record breaking profit, redid a multi million dollar house in The Hollywood Hills, found and secured several deals for her clients, and continues to oversee multiple estates in the 8 figures. She grew up being mentored by her father, a successful Northern California property investor and contractor and started managing her family’s income properties and tenants at an early age. Crystal is a licensed realtor in the state of California and is a member of the Malibu Association of Realtors.
In addition to real estate, Crystal is a well-known award-winning TV host, journalist and producer, established signed commercial model and impactful do-good entrepreneur. Her hobbies include professional chef, pilates and fitness expert, and certified Scuba diver. She is a world traveller and calls Venice, California her home with her 12 year old star rescue pup Sunny.
