Stephanie, originally from Virginia Beach, VA, moved to Southern California to enjoy its natural beauty, climate, and cultural diversity. Summers and winters in Norway as a child gave her a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. Stephanie began college at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007 and later completed an accelerated filmmaking program at the New York Film Academy. She furthered her education in screenwriting at UCLA.
After working in the film industry for years, Stephanie launched her real estate career in 2016 and has since sold numerous homes across Greater Los Angeles, working closely with investors, developers, and first-time home buyers. A member of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of Realtors, she is known for her transparency, timeliness, up to date knowledge, competitiveness and strategic excellence. Formerly a Silver Lake resident, Stephanie now lives in Palos Verdes, attracted by its coastal climate and relaxed island-like feel. She is currently renovating her mountain home in Big Bear, and enjoying every moment of problem solving and design.
