Stevie did an excellent job on assisting is with purchase of our condo. She is really acknowledgeable and patient. A lot of times we felt she cared about our condo more than we did. She always answered my questions even after escrow closed. Stevie is one of the best realtors you could find. Definitely want to work with her again if I need buy or sell a property.

Stevie was a superstar and instrumental in many aspects of my home buying process. She's very knowledgeable, responsive and very patient in answering all kinds of questions I have from early searching all the way to closing. She helps me find hidden gems that I would overlook in my own search, handles a lot of negotiation to save money for me. She's very diligent and take good care in inspections, repairs and helps me understand pros and cons of each potential property. Overall super happy to have Stevie and 100% recommend.

On the buy-side, Sabra helped us navigate the super competitive market in 2021 and we were able to purchase our new home under asking, and with Sabra's shrewd advice and guidance, we were able to get a significant further price reduction during the inspection process while in escrow. On the sell-side, Sabra was extremely strategic in getting our house ready and to market just in time to close during the "slow" season at year-end. Sabra helped us get multiple offers, negotiate up the price and close in less than 30 days. She made the whole process as stress-free as possible, working with a fantastic team of stagers, handymen/contractors and others who are needed to set up a competitive sale process. She is also extremely patient, easy to communicate with over phone/text/email and generally available and easy to get in touch with -- in other words, her client service is phenomenal, which makes a very stressful process a lot easier!
