Sabra was great! She made home buying easy and fun. She helped me hone in on the style and location of the houses that suited me. She helped me get a great house within my budget despite a very competitive market. I thought her background in both law and real estate was extremely helpful. She worked very hard and was very responsive. She even closed the deal while in the hospital in labor! I have already recommended her to my friends.

Sabra really knows the real estate market all over Los Angeles and its environs. She advised us on what to look for in our price range, how much to offer, how to follow up, and how to be competitive. Sabra Gandi Sellers has assisted us twice in this process in the past 3 years, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. The first time, I was still apprehensive and stressed. I also had a new baby and a toddler, so sleep and time were lacking. We were not even the highest bidders and still got the property! Closing a deal is time-sensitive and we always felt that Sabra was on top of things, making sure our lender was working as quickly as possible and that we had all of our documents in order. Sabra's associate, Stephanie Hauge, was also outstanding, responding quickly and with kindness to our every need. We would absolutely work with Sabra again and cannot recommend her highly enough!

I cannot give a more positive glowing review or rating of Sabra Sellers. With her assistance I was able to purchase a truly beautiful and stunning home in the canyon area of the Santa Monica mountains! She is honest, fair and offers sound advice and when needed can “talk you off the ledge” as home buying can be such an emotional experience. With Mrs. Sabra Sellers my entire experience from home search to qualifying for a mortgage to placing a bid and closing escrow all took less than two months! I was a first time buyer with a less than ideal credit score at the time. Also, working against me is that those whose career is in the entertainment industry we have a complicated path towards obtaining decent mortgage loans as we don’t have a traditional steady employer. Through Sabra Sellers’ connections she introduced me to a great mortgage broker who was able to work with me and the two of them helped me overcome numerous hurdles in qualifying, winning a successful bid and receiving the keys to my gorgeous home! Thanks to Mrs. Sellers’ care and dedicated attention with my realty experience I was able to purchase my lovely and beautiful dream home that I could not even afford to purchase today. She held my hand and was the voice of reason when I had lost the first bid to my home but kept me in the running. Ultimately, we negotiated and I was able to purchase my home considerably less than the list price. Already, it has already nearly doubled in value in just three short years. To this day I still communicate with Ms. Sellers who continues to offer me great advice. The attention to detail she gives her clients is on par with one who delivers concierge services. Moreover, as Mrs. Sellers is also a CA state licenced attorney she is bound by both legal ethical standards which she takes seriously but she can also supply you with advice that other realtors are not allowed to offer as they are not themselves attorneys. In my situation this came in handy. Finally, I recommended a friend and colleague to Mrs. Sellers and she too found her dream home and was very happy with the experience! Sabra is an exceptional agent and found us our dream home in our dream location for under asking (unheard of in this area). We have previously stayed in another one of Dave Sellers’ creations, the house of the future. His houses are whimsical and a lot of fun.
We came up for the weekend with a few friends. The house was absolutely fantastic with a wonderful property that you can stroll around. warren and waitsfield are both very close as well as Sugarbush Mountain. We highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing house in an amazing location. We stayed for a week in August and hiked, swam at Warren Falls & Blueberry Lake, and took day trips to Stowe, Burlington and Woodstock. The house is exactly as described - be sure to fully read the details before you book. It was perfect for us, and we really enjoyed the design and architectural features.
