House is extremely intricate and beautifully designed, very intimate experience and calls for those that you travel with to get a little closer with themselves and the world. Seating was extremely comfortable and beds were soft and warm. There’s no ac so in the summer just open the door at the top floor and it will cuddle fresh air through the house because of how open it is. Also has no tv so bring one if you’re looking for that kind of experience, other than that house is perfect would 100% rent again.

This was our second year at the bunker and we’ll definitely be coming back again. The location is awesome. So close to the mountain making for easy morning commutes for skiing. The house is always clean and has plenty of books and games to play for entertainment if you can break yourself away from the view out the huge windows in the family room. The radiant heat keeps you toasty warm even when the temps dip into the low teens. Great place.

Well this was by far the most unique AirBNB we have ever stayed in! It is exactly as described. Not for little kids but such a cool spot. We LOVED the quirky nature of the home. I will say we were told it would be cold in the house and honestly it was totally fine. At one point it was under 10 degrees outside and we were warm and toasty. Dont let this detail scare you away. Amazing spot but be ready for something way outside the box. If you are into that idea this is the place for you! Only a 3 min ride to the mountain. Highly recommend.

The Archie Bunker House is amazing. If you need a space to feel like a child and dive into the world of imagination again, this is what you need. Hosts are very kind and responsive. This is a hidden gem and I don’t want anyone else to find it! Thanks for the great stay!

Loved the creativity and architectural elements of this unique concrete house that also feels like a home. It not for everyone, yet my son and I would surely stay again.

A truly unique stay, even more impressive in person than in the pictures. We were there to hit the slopes at Sugarbush(just a few minutes away) but couldn’t wait to return to the house every day and take in all the intricacies of the architecture! The amount of natural light in the house was spectacular. Don’t miss the chance to stay in this concrete masterpiece. Would love to come back and see what it looks like in the summer.

Such a unique space! I was noticing new details of the architecture and house construction right up until we checked out. I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates unique and innovative architecture and design. I would love to come back in the summer to take full advantage of the many balconies and pool!

I didn’t want to leave the Bunker! What a magical place. My favorite part is how full of light the whole house is and how every window provides a unique vista. It was like staying inside a piece of art. Very memorable experience and I would definitely stay again!

This place was VERY cool. It was super unique and made for a great stay. Surprisingly cool inside despite how hot the day was. We loved the pool. Overall this was one of my favorite airbnb stays of all time.

We absolutely Loved the Archie Bunker House. It was fascinating reading about the house before coming and then actually exploring it in person. Definitely pay heed to the fact that this is not your traditional Airbnb—there are nooks and crannies where you’ll find some dust and an occasional bug, but if you know that going in and keep an open mind, you’ll be so well rewarded. The listing made this clear as did the hosts so this wasn’t a surprise. What we couldn’t have expected was how connected we’d find ourselves to the house. The concrete initially feels austere in that it’s everywhere, but the longer you sit with it the softer and more alive it feels. We loved the pool surrounded by the trees, sitting downstairs with the doors open and the breeze coming through, the leaves outside always rustling, and all the wild little details everywhere. We lost power one night for an hour and even that was magical watching the storm by candlelight. Stay here. You won’t regret it

We had an amazing stay at this unique home. It was the perfect escape for my wife, our dog Archie, and me. The house is beautifully designed, modern, peaceful, and full of character. It felt like a hidden gem tucked into nature. Everything was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We loved relaxing here after exploring the area. The pool is great after a long hike. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something special and serene!

Stumbled upon this unique home and are so glad we did. Innovative architectural design from a well known Vermont resident. Was thrilled to find out that my son actually met Dave Sellers and traveled with him on several occasions on Patch Adams sponsored trips. Highly recommend staying here. One tip: get your gps map set up when you still have cell service as the area has spotty reception, and be sure to screen shot the entry code. While this home might not be everyone’s cup of tea, if you want to experience this unique architectural design it will not disappoint.

The Home Run house lived up to my family’s expectations! We loved the design of the home and all of the plants! It was easy to drive to go on a hike and swim at Warren Falls. We just stayed a couple of nights but I think we needed one more day to really see more of the area. The description of the home was great and loved the details of the home.

We had a terrific time at this unique home. The fireplace and space heaters kept us comfortable despite a cold snap in the single digits.
The kitchen was well equipped and we made some great meals, got some skiing in, and enjoyed relaxing at the house.
Parker and his team were incredibly responsive and proactive at reaching out to ensure we had a terrific stay.

This place is a gem! Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. This unique house had well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The lack of internal privacy was easy to navigate around, and the radiant floor heating and space heaters kept the space very warm. The bathtub was a big plus, and the views from the house are beautiful!

What a privilege to be able to stay at this amazing house. We spent hours just exploring and admiring the incredibly clever design and architectural details, and all the thought that had been put into them. We had absolutely no issues and found everything we needed exactly where we guessed - the house and host were very accommodating. At the end of the day on the mountain, we were all smiling, knowing we had this incredible, unique, and cozy place to go back to. The fireplace here is phenomenal! We were impressed how the feel of a real mountain lodge was preserved in such a unique design.

I'm going to start with the design. I'm a builder my self but have never seen anything like it. Composition of materials and methods used to build the house still have me puzzled. It's located in a quiet and remote area just what we were looking for. overall Great experience, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the unique architectural house designed by David Sellers. The peaceful, remote location was exactly what we were hoping for—a true escape surrounded by nature. We loved learning more about the life and legacy of David Sellars, and it was inspiring to stay in a home so artfully designed. The town of Warren was charming and welcoming, with friendly locals and a relaxed pace. For me, the highlight of the house was the plant wall!

I truly loved this house. Actually, I knew this house while it was under construction. I have always loved David Sellers' architecture. Very talented and his designs are so original. Everything was so easy and seamless!!! I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful one of a kind home in a lovely setting. The photos matched the house exactly and the hosts could not have been more helpful and flexible! The indoor plant and irrigation system was magnificent! The architectural finishes were amazing! And just 6 minutes to Sugarbush, we could not have been more pleased. As my adult son said, “this is the coolest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

This house, designed by David Sellers, is an architectural marvel and a wonderful place to stay. Parker and Sabra are extremely responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend - especially for those interested in unique and beautiful houses.

Amazing house in an amazing location. We stayed for a week in August and hiked, swam at Warren Falls & Blueberry Lake, and took day trips to Stowe, Burlington and Woodstock. The house is exactly as described - be sure to fully read the details before you book. It was perfect for us, and we really enjoyed the design and architectural features.
