We have previously stayed in another one of Dave Sellers’ creations, the house of the future. His houses are whimsical and a lot of fun.
We came up for the weekend with a few friends. The house was absolutely fantastic with a wonderful property that you can stroll around. warren and waitsfield are both very close as well as Sugarbush Mountain. We highly recommend staying here!!

She was infinitely patient as we went through the process, introduced us to great resources (she is incredibly well connected) and helped us navigate the tricky waters of house buying. Thanks to Mrs. Sellers’ care and dedicated attention with my realty experience I was able to purchase my lovely and beautiful dream home that I could not even afford to purchase today. She held my hand and was the voice of reason when I had lost the first bid to my home but kept me in the running. Ultimately, we negotiated and I was able to purchase my home considerably less than the list price. Already, it has already nearly doubled in value in just three short years. To this day I still communicate with Ms. Sellers who continues to offer me great advice. The attention to detail she gives her clients is on par with one who delivers concierge services. Moreover, as Mrs. Sellers is also a CA state licenced attorney she is bound by both legal ethical standards which she takes seriously but she can also supply you with advice that other realtors are not allowed to offer as they are not themselves attorneys. In my situation this came in handy. Finally, I recommended a friend and colleague to Mrs. Sellers and she too found her dream home and was very happy with the experience! Buying a home in Los Angeles can be overwhelming, and Sabra was always available to speak on the phone at length and at any time to help us work through the complex decision-making process. Stevie was a superstar and instrumental in many aspects of my home buying process. She's very knowledgeable, responsive and very patient in answering all kinds of questions I have from early searching all the way to closing. She helps me find hidden gems that I would overlook in my own search, handles a lot of negotiation to save money for me.
