With her assistance I was able to purchase a truly beautiful and stunning home in the canyon area of the Santa Monica mountains! She is honest, fair, diligent and extremely good at her job. She offers sound advice and when needed can "talk you off the ledge" as home buying can be such an emotional experience. With Mrs. Sabra Sellers my entire experience from home search to qualifying for a mortgage to placing a bid and closing escrow all took less than two months!

I was a first time buyer with a less than ideal credit score at the time. Also, working against me is that those whose career is in the entertainment industry we have a complicated path towards obtaining decent mortgage loans as we don't have a traditional steady employer. Through Sabra Sellers' connections she introduced me to a great mortgage broker who was able to work with me and the two of them helped me overcome numerous hurdles in qualifying, winning a successful bid and receiving the keys to my gorgeous home!

Thanks to Mrs. Sellers' care and dedicated attention with my realty experience I was able to purchase my lovely and beautiful dream home that I could not even afford to purchase today. She held my hand and was the voice of reason when I had lost the first bid to my home but kept me in the running. Ultimately, we negotiated and I was able to purchase my home considerably less than the list price. Already, it has already nearly doubled in value in just three short years. To this day I still communicate with Mrs. Sellers who continues to offer me great advice.

The attention to detail she gives her clients is on par with one who delivers concierge services. Moreover, as Mrs. Sellers is also a CA state licenced attorney she is bound by both legal ethical standards which she takes seriously but she can also supply you with advice that other realtors are not allowed to offer as they are not themselves attorneys. In my situation this came in handy.

Finally, I recommended a friend and colleague to Mrs. Sellers and she too found her dream home and was very happy with the experience!

We purchased our first home with Sabra and Stephanie after looking off and on for almost a year. We watched the market go crazy here , and having agents in our corner to navigate the whole process was so valuable. When we finally found the house that checked all of our boxes, Steph and Sabra talked us through every step of the process. Renting your home can be stressful. Renting your home when you are in another country, on the opposite side of the world, during a global pandemic? Well, that's next level stress.

Sabra Gandi Sellers has assisted us twice in this process in the past 3 years, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. The first time, I was still apprehensive and stressed. I also had a new baby and a toddler, so sleep and time were lacking.
